can we have a dishonor system?

i would like to have something like this for people that do things that aren't necessarily reportable but are very annoying when they happen. Such as a team giving up for no reason, constant laugh spamming, or saying gg ez at the end of a game. i understand that people would do this if they are just mad at a player for playing poorly or beating them in lane. But it would be nice to see if people are annoying types of players before you go into games with them.

i don't want the dishonors to mean really anything other than a tally of how many times someone else thought that player was being rude or doing annoying things that they cant really report them for. Thank your for taking the time to read this
