Is this a joke Riot?

1-1 in my series. Load up the game, bug splat, can't get back in until 3 minutes. Constant freezing and FPS drops, along with occasional ping spikes. Major teamfight that could change the game, Luc gets 3 crits off of like 10 or 20% crit, out of 4 AA's. Baron up, teamfight starting soon, huge ping spike makes me walk into Nautilus. Not to mention the amount of hitbox issues that were happening the entire game. Do you not want me to win my series Riot?
