Why is it Riot's fault people haven't acquired second grade level reading skills.

I'm seeing lots of tiny posts about this around the forum, and I have a problem with the queue myself, 18 minutes for one game 20 for the next, 5, 13 and so on. But if we want something done about it, we'll need to get together on a single big forum post. For that purpose, I'm electing mine and am including a link. I'd greatly appreciate if you'd help make it big and get this problem solved. Here's a link to my post on the subject.
