New fizz

I need opinions on fizz's work. But so far, his W feels like it's begging for in my opinion so far. But then you need to keep up mana and for magic penetration and magic resistance reduction. But that's just me.

Is AP still the best route for him, or assassin at all? Or is he more in leagues with being a fighter with assassin secondary? Also, Is AD now more a viable pick? And has anyone trolled anybody with a tank fizz, even though that's really 'not' a thing?
