Is there anyway on how to play League on my iPad? Please keep in mind that I do NOT want a streaming app, just want to play League on my iPad, like maybe a way to make a iPad run Windows 10 (PC)? Or something? Thanks! Could be via HDMI too, since I bought a thunderbolt to HDMI cable.

... I'm pretty sure you can't install Windows 10 on an iPad. You could buy a tablet with Windows 10 on it, I would suspect you might even be able to get it working on some Android tablets, but not the iPad.
Ultimately, you're left with the question of "why?" What do you hope to gain by having League on a tablet? Honestly, I'd try steaming your desktop to your iPad and playing a custom game to see how it handles before trying anything else.
I actualy don't think a Ipad/Tablet is strong enouge to handle league of legends. It will probaly result into a laggy experience.
