I don't know if Riot could but it would be awesome if we can get RP cards with Gamestop reward points. what do you think?

Half of us dont got gamestop xD OR go to it

If you're serious about this, you should ask GameStop about this. they're the ones rewarding you. If your question was if that's possible at all: Yes. RP can be bought with small cards.
