How do I say No?

I have a friend who want to duo ranked with me a lot. Problem is he's bronze, I've been playing much longer than him, he never reads the patch notes, and I'd say overall he doesn't really care about getting better. He thinks fizz is acceptable in every role. He's a personal friend that I know, How do I tell him I don't want to play ranked with him, cause hes bad. Without hurting his feeling and killing a friendship.

Tell him straight up that you don't duo because you don't want each of you to blame the other when you lose.

This is literally the reason I don't duo, and I tell them that. I don't want to get toxic with a friend the same way I tell them about my shitty team after a bad game.

Ask to play normal draft instead maybe? ranked pressure isn't fun for you to play duo or something.. idk

"Sorry I don't hang out with noobs"

Now no one would interrupt your game time ever again.

But really though just play norms with him.

Hopefully your friend doesn't use forum, otherwise it can get ugly here.

tell him "git gud" and tell him you cant be friends with him anymore because hes a bronzie. seriously though, tell him you already have a duo for ranked or something. or be str8 up with him. he might appreciate that more. have him watch leaguecraft videos and teach him about counterplay etc. be his mentor.
