League needs at least 1-2 new spellvamp items , so here's my suggestions .
thought i would give a new item idea for spellvamp since we only have gunblade and wota thats worth using for it . Changes might be needed on the items .
1st New item : Soul stealer
70 ap
8 health regen per 5sec
Unique passive : 20% spellvamp
Unique passive : pusher : Spells deal 25% bonus damage to Minions , spellvamp works with it .
Builds of : rejuvenation bead + amplifying tome + hextech gun revolver
Combine cost : 685 gold
Total cost : 2500 gold
This item would give great ap + damage to minions for better spellvamp and pushing power and the health regen would actually synergise well with morde and vlad instead of the stupid mana regen on WotA .
2nd New item : Divine revolver
65 ap
200 health
15 magic penetration
Unique passive : 20% spellvamp
Unique passive : Divine blessing : spells with health cost now costs 25% less health
Builds of : Hextech gun revolver + haunting guise
Combine cost : 315 gold (from 915)
Total cost : 3000 gold (from 3600)
Okay this one is a 99% sure considered OP item especially because of mundo/zac , but i thought i would just put the item idea here , changes will surely be needed .
If you guys/girls have more ideas i will put them in here !

Unique Passive: Rage - Physical damage spells grant 20 Movement speed on hit and 60 Movement speed on kill. Bonus is Halved for Ranged Champs and AoE spells. (to keep riven from abusing it)
Total Cost: 3500 Gold
1337 (brutalizer)+1325(Phage)+838 gold (covers the cost of the spell vamp and the 5 extra AD)

UNIQUE PASSIVE
Abilites that cost health heal back 10% of their casting cost when they strike an enemy champion(1/3 affect for AOE spells) (this would be upgradable into a slightly more offensive version)
5% of all self damage from casts gets charged to the item(or it's upgrade) up to a cap, and when they fall below, say, 20% hp they activate the shield for the amount saved and gain bonus armor = to 5% of the shield strength until the shield breaks.

It would probably be better to have just flat CDR instead of the Divine Blessing passive. Maybe something like this?

This would probably end up being the AP equivilant of Trinity force with this kind of power/utility. Something that league is missing atm. AP itemization has been very stale for a long time. Its always Athenes, Rabadons, Void. I rarely see any differentiation unless the game specifically calls for it (all AD, double AP, etc).
