Jinx potential adjustment and balancing idea.
Recently i have purchased Jinx and ran her in a ranked game already. It would seem that Jinx herself is a highly over powered champion going into bot lane as a carry. With a Soraka support against Miss Fortune with a Nami support i ran 28 kills before the game had ended. Early game i had dominated lane easily with Jinx's range and power. After the game had ended and their bottom lane complained about my champion being over powered i thought about why this would be and how it could be solved while still making her a viable and effective competitor as a carry marksman. Jinx needs to rely more heavily on Pow-Pow. Reduce Fishbones damage output from 110% to roughly 60-70% of her base attack damage. But buff Pow-Pow to deal 112% damage per hit. This will Pow-Pow a more favorable choice for abilities but also restrict her to single targets only in doing so and lose the splash damage of Fishbones. Though Fishbones will still be a viable choice for team fights because of the range and splash damage it wont be as overbearing and destructive yet still have a very heavy presence when build right. And ZAP! needs its range reduced by half. The range she has with that slow is far too great for a marksman. Especially when she has a small snare in her kit as well. Though she has no real quick escape without a kill or tower destruction she still has too much potential for escapes. With these nerfs and single buff she should be a more viable and balanced champion for team selects. Pow-Pow will be a more predominate weapon choice, with its draw backs, and her range for next to impossible kills will be limited to using and burning mana on her ult if she wants a distance kill bad enough, risking the wraith of junglers. Just a thought Riot. Obviously you need not to pay any attention to this adjustment idea, but i wanted to make it known for fruits of inspiration. Thank you for taking the time to read this post and i like the new beta. Thank you for everything Riot and keep up what you're doing.
