Item Set Errors

Has anyone else noticed the issues and problems with the Item Set pages in summoner profile. Under several of the item listed, they are listed as being available in certain maps that they are not available in. RIOT if this could be solved that would be fantastic. Some of the items under false information would be amazingly over powered and brilliant if they were available. Thanks RIOT keep up the fantastic work.
