Macros And Combos

So I recently got a razer tartarus chroma, I fully bound it to league within 20 minutes. I noticed though that it had a macro control for wow and other games. It records how you do that combo then lets you activate it with any key. So lets say im playing and I combo qqwq and i record it. With the keystrokes not just it do the combo instantly. Is this okay?
