what is the best morde setup for ruins?

I looked online and seen so many. I currently am running damage marks, ap quints and cdr glyphs. Does this seem right? I tried the magic marks but figure damage would help lane easier. Also his swing is slow. Anyone who knows morde well enough plz chime in and a little advice for best setup. I don't want to put a team in jeopardy due to wrong setup. Thank you.
