Which punish losses way more harshly than wins. It also favors more "common used champs" over ones less popular! What a great system. Move up 2 spots if you win and drop 6 if you lose.

No, that only happens if you lose a lot more than you win. Go on a win streak and you start winning a lot more than you lose. Don't blame the system for your poor ability to play the game. Accepting that you need to improve is the first step towards improving.
I think it's time you should start a carry lane instead of having to babysit your team as a support all the time. The fact that you whine & whine about your selected teams while picking a role as a bitchy mother just really makes you look like an idiot.
Let me ask you this. What do you think is the cause of all these randomly assembled teams you are facing working together better than the randomly assembled teams you are placed on?

i think it is funny how my smurf gets 30+ lp on a win, and loses only 9 on a lose.

Even If I pretend that you are right, and just always matched with idiots. It's still a useless thing to focus on. Even if everyone else is an idiot you still have to work with them. There isn't and never will be anything you can do about who you are matched with. So you have to either learn to work with people or accept that this game just isn't for you. Or I guess continue to lose.
Improve your own play and you will win more, even if the improvement is only to be able to compensate for other peoples shortcomings.
If you are so unhappy with ranked.........you can always play the other modes. I for one am not going to even attempt ranked until next season. I'm really excited for the Team Builder ranked system they are hopefully going to try for S6.
You can always find people to que with too, you don't always have to solo.
