About this new illaoi Champion (SPECULATION/THEORIES)...

WARNING: The following information contains very little fact, mostly consists of my own speculation and theories.

If you hate speculation on things, then this ain't the place for you, but you are still welcome to read along, anyways!

THIS IS ALSO A LONG ENTRY, YOU DON'T HAVE TO KEEP SAYING 'TL;DR' BECAUSE YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

TL;DR Version Proof that ekko had a similar line-from-different-language leak, evidence points that a new champion may come within 3 weeks.

Now the long version with proof!

Incase you didn't know, Today was a day where a champion select voice-line for a new champion has been leaked into 5.21 PBE update (S@20 Link above)

According to Arezslan on Twitter (and S@20) the line is translated to "I am not a fan (giving) lectures, broken bones are a better teacher" This character is obviously a woman with a very violent personality.

And that is all we know about her....

Or is it?

Hear the woman in the background? It's a very similar voice to Illaoi's voice. Since most champions sound a lot like their other-language's voice-lines, we can assume this could most likely be Illaoi's Voice.

Not only does she sound like Illaoi's Portuguese voice, it also carries the same mystic-sounding background to it, you can hear it on both voices faintly.

Worlds Collide videos may be hinting at Illaoi.

If this is the case, the Champion could be voice acted by Uyanga Bold (who sang 'Masters of War,' which is a more irritating version of Worlds Collide https://soundcloud.com/leagueoflegends ) Her voice sounds a lot like the one in the Worlds Collide Quaterfinals and Semifinals trailers. Which sounds a bit like the voice-line.

A heavy assumption, but at least I put some logic to it.

However, it could just be the voice of Lissandra, but Lissandra carries more of a harsh and icy echo rather than a less harsh mystical breathy background to the voice (the english voice had more mystic than the Portuguese).

Now let's talk about when the champion MIGHT have further information released:

First off: This is not the first time that this has happened.

According to S@20 (and my personal experience), Ekko had also had his select-champion leaked in Turkish and Hungarian (and they translate to the same thing)

Ekko's lines were leaked in May 5th... (had to do a lot of digging to find it, since the Lolwiki was so kind not to state a link http://www.surrenderat20.net/2015/05/55-pbe-update.html )

Ekko's teaser trailer was uploaded May 13th...

About a good week after the lines had been...

Ekko was then released May 28th...

A little more than 3 weeks after Ekko's select-champ lines were leaked (and 2 weeks after the teaser was uploaded).

Before you jump to conclusions, I am not actually stating that Illaoi will be released exactly 3 weeks and 2 days from now. BUT most champions usually release a couple of weeks after their teaser is uploaded, but I wouldn't know exactly when the teaser is uploaded after the other-language lines are exposed.

"But Riot releasing another champion 1 month after Kindred just doesn't make sense."

An excellent observation, and one that I thought myself for a while.

If you look at the release dates: Kalista came out November 20th 2014 Rek'sai came out December 11th 2014 Just 3 weeks apart.

So it wouldn't be totally alien that Riot wants to release 1 or 2 more champions quickly before the 6th Season arrives.

Other Assumptions/Speculations: -Probably from Ionia (small chance due to personality, but the name sounds somewhat like Irelia, Ahri, or Karma, the name carries weightlessness and grace [really hard to explain] and sounds like an Asian name, in which many of their names are more of calm words, tell me if you can say that Irelia or illaoi can be the name of a super buff woman who most likely wields a hammer)

-Going to assume that this champ might be holding a hammer or a blunt object since she speaks of broken bones (I don't think anyone knows how often she mentions broken bones, but since when did a sword or a blade broke bones and not cut off limbs?)

-Irelia replacement/rework? (probably not, since Irelia wouldn't be breaking bones with a blade like that, and she is still somewhat popular among League)

-Can't be Aoe Shin, unless it's an Ionian Dragon that wields a hammer to break bones, that'd be pretty badass, I won't lie about that.

Again: This is all speculation. Non of this has actually been confirmed. This information is just as unstable as the Juggernaut Tank AD Meta. (OOOoooooh sick burn!!)

'COS I GOT A NEW THOERY!

TL;DR Version: Knock-Out Lee Sin's splash art could've been revealing this very upcoming champion all along.

Illaoi has most likely already been hinted at due to Knock -Out Lee Sin's Splash Art. Just look at the Top-Right or slightly above KO LS's cap...

You can see a woman next to Gragas Esq.

Quote from Lolwiki: "A mysterious woman with white fur, blue eyes, and short black hair can also be seen besides Gragas, possibly hinting at a new champion."

Doesn't even say "New skin for Leblanc," and also, why would Leblanc need a skin like that? Wicked Leblanc already looks similar, so it's most likely a new champion.

The quote said before can also slightly prove this, as you can't really have an Ancient or Medieval themed character saying "Fan of," this woman seems from the 20s-40s, maybe even 50s-60s, and Americans could've easily used that term back then.

The broken bones can also relate to this person, as she might be some sort of mega rich Crime Boss, telling from the clothes she is wearing. The name Illaoi actually fits pretty well with this character.

If my theories are correct...

-First weekend of November could possibly show a teaser trailer of a Violent Female Mega Rich Crime Boss. -Most likely releasing November 19th or so. Or even by 5.22.

Again, this isn't confirmed, but my theory on what the champion could possibly be.

ANOTHER FORM OF PROOF PRESENTED TO ME BY 'javiermetal66' RIGHT HERE FOLKS!

TL;DR Version: Academy Skin Set Splash Art could be hinting even more at this new Illoai Champion

If you looked on the far right corner above Darius with a 500% zoom, you can see what seems to be most likely the new champion.

This Splash Art could be actually pointing to more information about Illoai. Look at the corner window, and you'll see what seems to be a Woman and Man. With some closer observation... -The Man next to her is the one holding the Hammer, and not her. -This could actually mean another Tag-Team... or even a Leader Woman with a Man Servant with a Hammer? -The Woman apparently doesn't have a neck, or one that I can see. -The Woman appears to have a Shaco with wings on the sides, which obviously matches the "Mean spirited Leader that punishes harshly to disobedient students" personality. -Judging by the Man and the Woman's appearance, hairstyle (at least the Man) and clothing, they looked to be from Piltover. -New ex-gangmember from Zaun? -What could be their knew # Symbol? -Could this be the C that Caitlyn wants vengeance on? This obviously raises some questions about the ever-developing Lore of Piltover and Zaun. -The Man might actually be bald. I could easily examine that this man has blonde hair in the one of those fancy James Dean styles, but he could also be actually bald. -Referring that the man is not actually Jayce. -Nor is this man even Ryze, otherwise he'd have a huge scroll on his back, and his skin would be in a much darker tone. -The Woman might be wearing an Armor-Plated dress -Infact, that might not even be a hammer, more like a telescope, actually. -Woman is in a School, and says that Broken Bones are a better teacher... cruel School Teacher? Again, all of this was compromised with a 500% Zoom. So I might have missed some obvious details.

TL;DR Version: This seems to be another Tag-Team except from Piltover. With a "Smart Leader Mistress" and a Giant Hammer-wielding Henchman. (isn't that Jayce? It probably is something still different)

Again, non of this is confirmed, but only speculation, this probably hints to something completely different, but we can only assume it has something to do with
