Ionic Spark tribute (for those who still remember)

O you were the best, the first item i rushed on teemo you had lightning every 4 hits made attack speed teemo viable, or you were the best until you got replaced by this I mean what the hell is this thing you have to charge it up I mean waiting and waiting and waiting and its even less damage then the ionic spark i mean whyy that was my favorite item and now its gone GONE I tell you! the stattick has less attack speed also and no health bonus I mean its just horrible. and also for consolation they buffed this crap I mean ranged champs cant even use this. (collapses into tears) I miss you so much. For those who also share these tears we shall unite and have war on the stattick shivs.
