There was a place...

I looked around and saw millions of people walking down a road. Some men, but mostly women, and children plodding along their carefree way. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that they were all blind. I looked up ahead to see wheye they were all headed and I froze when I saw they were all headed off a cliff and into a chasm that had no end that I could see. In horror I began yelling for people to stop and turn back...but few would listen. So I began grabbing people and moving them tonward safety...but they pushed me away instead.

I saw, sitting on another hill, a group of young and brilliant men so I ran to get their help. Greatly relieved that most could see, I begged them to come help the masses that were marching to their deaths...but no one cared. Instead, they told me which champion was the most OP and strategies of how to use them.

To this day, the world blindly seeks their ruinous end while the men sit off in the distance entranced by shiny baubles that promise fulfillment. Come away. Leave your toys and change the world. There is where you will find fulfillment and happiness...not in getting a silly rank.

Please. League is great. But do not ignore the world around us. We cannot live in a society that only seeks leisure and comfort. That kind of society will never stand.
