I don't understand why Riot doesn't do something drastic with Lee Sin. He has been inherently cancerous to the game since his release, and is one of the very few champions to receive almost nothing but straight nerfs since his release, yet still remains to be an incredibly strong pick - and with the new itemization coming, he only gets [i]better[/i].
Riot fails to fix what his real issues are, though. They keep nerfing his base stats - but it's not his base stats that are broken, it's how overloaded his kit is and with such short cooldowns - his kit as [i]no[/i] downside to it, and very little counterplay.

Riot needs to stay away from making more of them because they obviously have no clue how to balance them
