Last week i was drophacked where my game disappeared and it was during my promos. I was winning the game pretty convincingly and went to lose my promos. Today the same thing happened but except of dissapearing it gave me a leave/loss. Now i find it hilarious that the exact same process where it says my firewall wont allow it through even tho it was and i could access the interent and everything but lol but this time i get the loss instead of it disappearing. I kinda figured it would happen like that since it seems alot of unfortunate things happen in this game from random luck in yolo que to this. All i want is an explanation on how to fix this so it doesnt happen again. Thats 2 times in 2 weeks ive been on my promos and i lose because of it randomly dcing me and not allowing me back into the game for no reason. It wasnt my internet because i could go on the internet and it wasnt my computer because i could access everything besides LOL. Please riot based gods will you fix this crap <3

The firewall message plays when you're having trouble connecting to the server. It can bean issue on Riot's end or on your end. If it's on your end, it's often your firewall, which is why that message plays. When it's on Riot's end, there's nothing you can do.

Remember a while ago, when there were massive DDOS attacks on Riots servers that were causing random lag and DCs (and preventing logins, etc)? A drophack is a the same thing, but targeted at your specific game's server to DC just the players in your game - an issue on Riot's end, so there's nothing you can do to stop it. Riot is working on a security fix for it, like they did for the massive DDOS attacks, but they need to do more bug testing before they ship the fix (because if the fix makes the game crash, it's not a very good fix). In the meantime, they're trying to figure out who is drophacking and banning those players. You can help them by sending in a support ticket.

The first game sounds more like a drophack; the game where it was a leave/loss, might be an issue on your end (if it were a drophack, it would not appear in your game history). If you send in a seperate ticket to player support, they can help you troubleshoot that (especially, they'll be more helpful than randomly posting on the forums would be.
