@Riot What is the point
Not sure to put this under game play or player behavior
My question to riot is why does it allow players to buy multiple boots?
on the side of game play this doesn't offer a wide strategic advantage as the move speed doesn't not stack.
- one could argue the unique passive are too good to pass up
i can agree to a certain point as no other item give similar passives to
except masteries
but then you are giving up an item slot for part of a unique passive you already have kinda like stacking
On the player side it seem to be entrapment.
i like to read the boards, one of the things i find the most amusing is when a riot employee such as lyte responds to a "why have i been ban thread" using chat logs as a source and what not. after reading many of them i got a feel for how the feeder detection work a little bit. one of the way it detects intentional feeders is by looking at a build over the course of a match to find things such as a
build or for the sake of my argument a
build
Also when playing with a new friend to the game they sometime buy 2 teir 2 boot so i consider it a noob's trap as well
during patch 3.1 they made it so you cant buy multiple basic boots. in a patch in season 4 they made enchantment on boots exchangeable with cost why cant the same be done for all boots. is it because of the vast cost different of 1100 and 800 gold boot? if it is because of the different effects then wouldn't adding a boot exchange of some sort help the whole build different ways to fight a specif team comp you keep telling us about?
