I assume that's draft queue? That queue's been dead for years after Riot took months to fix the "no dodge penalty" bug. Everyone swapped over to blind pick because no one could actually get a draft game going.
The community's asked Riot a bunch of times to replace the two current queues with a single blind draft queue, but Riot's never responded. EU servers did remove the draft queue option, but just left blind pick alone.
No it's dominion. Was there a draft for dominion? o.o
