It takes a month for decay to kick in so I should be able to finish the season as gold right?

Navarune1 votesI read somewhere that it takes 28 days, so exactly four weeks if that is true. I can't confirm that personally, though.
By the way, congratulations on Gold. I just broke into Silver for the first time myself, and it was a pretty amazing feeling. I wish you luck next season!

This, there is no decay for anything below plat. I can confirm because I had two high gold 3s teams that were decaying weekly and are no longer dropping since the change.
