It takes a month for decay to kick in so I should be able to finish the season as gold right?

I read somewhere that it takes 28 days, so exactly four weeks if that is true. I can't confirm that personally, though.
By the way, congratulations on Gold. I just broke into Silver for the first time myself, and it was a pretty amazing feeling. I wish you luck next season!
There is no decay anymore gold and lower. If you dont play you cant lose it.
They removed decay from anything under plat I believe
