Anymore PBE invites??

According to my brother who has the PBE it seems there still aren't enough people with PBE that it takes to long to get into games, so i was wondering if you are going to send out more PBE invites. Also my brother brags and reminds our group of friends and those of our family who play league that he has it we don't.
