So...does % health damage work different from what I thought?
In both scenarios, I maxed their percent damage ability. I also ended up winning the game but I would hardly say that I dealt the most damage despite having the advantage with such high % damage abilities.
W activge gives 6% magic damage per hit with teemo having about...80 mr i think and 60k health.
is 6% physical damage per hit....teemo 120 armor
4 % target health per hit as physical with teemo with 120 armor
10% in physical damage alone per hit and 6% in magic per hit with an attack rate of almost 2 if not 2 hits per second. 10% physical should be 6k per hit physical wise and about 3-4k magic damage per hit. This does not include my attack damage that I already have or the smite from my red that applies true damage or the 15% damage increase with the armor pen from my lord domminiks. That teemo should have less than 100 armor from my hits physically speaking.
In theory I should be dealing almost, without any hard calculations done, at least 5k damage per hit being shown. Yet I'm only hitting for 500? Is this a bug?
W passive gives.....8% I believe damage dealt as TRUE damage.

So from the physical damage it would be at least 6k per hit. and the TRUE damage would be somewhere in the vicinity of.....4.8k TRUE damage per hit. Not including basic attack or any crits.....
In theory I should be hitting at least.....5 or 6k per hit with 4.8k of that being TRUE damage.
So I ask the community at large...is my understanding of % damage flawed? Is is their a bug that explains why I was only dealing about 500 damage to a Devil Teemo who had 60k health. Because that percentage is not even 1% of damage in either scenario. And that really doesn't seem right at all.
