Update Splash for Champion Reworks

OK before anything, Thank You Riot for updating shen and poppy splash for the old skin; Im really happy with that. Now, it might be asking too much but how about doing that to the older reworks like tristana, sion, or even miss fortune. I think these champs would really appreciate it.

They're getting to them. There's only so many artists at Riot, and splash arts like those take time
