If things ever get freelo riots match makeing isnt doing its job you are supposed to be fighting people who are around your skill level and yes some one on your team decideing they dont want to try to win because it got hard does effect your win rate there is a possiblity that it can happen on either or both teams but you never know which crucial positions its gonna happen on and match makeing isnt made to factor that in as that comes under human error.
