Petition for those of us with high latency to be matched with others alike

You know what really ticks me off? When it starts raining. You know why? Because where I live, if it rains, it affects my internet!

Literally nothing in this game frustrates me more than knowing my capabilities, but not being able to say "I tried my best" at the end of the game, regardless of win or loss... all because my internet prevented me from being able to play to my best ability.

See that teammate over there Karma? She needs a shield. You have one, right? Go use it on h... oops. She's dead. Don't you feel like shit now? You had one chance, and you blew it.

Honestly, it's an issue that can't be fixed for those of us who live in the countryside; we can't prevent acts of God.

HOWEVER, I know for a fact that Riot is capable of implementing a system that matches those of us with satellite internet up with each other. It would make the game feel a little better if I knew that indeed, everyone I played with and against truly knew the immeasurable pain that is satellite internet on a rainy day.

I mean, come on, you do this for ranking to ensure "fairness", and it's already "unfair" enough that we all have to deal with unpredictably bad internet. Can't you at least let us play with each other?
