Deadeye teaser theories

So as of recently s@20 released a story of how zeds page has a teaser in which he is shot in the head and petals are flowing from the shot. In the source code they hint at Garen, Sona, and Vi are going to have similar teasers on their page. Last time we saw a teaser like this was Kalista and all those champs had something in common. What do Zed, Garen, Go, and Sona have in common?

What other theories might you guys have? Please only comment things you have actual evidence for and not mindless "OH OH OH I HOPE ITS BLAH BLAH."

We have no room for HOPE here, only FACTS and educated guesses.

Because it's a skin set it doesn't mean they have to be related and sons and garen are related so I think riot is gonna make something weird and it'll make sense

Actually no, champions with a skin set all have something in common whether lore size of kit wise. Project skins were chosen for their mobility, dragonslayer skins use medieval weapons. Etc.

But guys remember GAREN, SONA, AND VI ARE INVOLVED you can't ignore them.

There's got to be something in common somwhere for this to happen.

Not really. The High Stakes Card Set really has nothing in common. The only one that uses cards is TF, so why are the rest of them (Ez, Syndra, Mord, Shaco) given card names? The RPG set (Varus, Ryze, Braum and Gragas) have very little in common... so again, Skin sets for champs don't always have THAT much in common.

An engaging tool that moves her character model more than average movement. That's called mobility. It's also known as a gap closer, which is considered mobility.

That's like saying Xin Zhao or Irelia have no mobility.

If you consider every champion who has an ability that moves their model "mobile", then almost every champion would be considered mobile. Also that ability doesn't move Leona at all if there is not an enemy champion in range or if she misses. That's 5 very small points on the map. I'm sorry Leona is not a mobile champion. And there are plenty of skin sets that involve champions that aren't related at all UNTIL they make the skins. Skins are for flavor guys, in most cases it has nothing to do with other connections.

Only Shen and Akali were part of the Lore that was made, and the other 4? What do they have to do with this? Nothing at all.

There's a champion you've missed. If you look in Zed deadeye's photo (http://www.newsoflegends.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/Zed-1920x1080.jpg), you will see in his eye a branch with flowers. In Waring Kingdoms Nidalee Skin (http://45.media.tumblr.com/59d36cdb197323b02fb21c23ee5b19b3/tumblr_nilz5vkTIV1tvo2c3o1_500.gif) , you can see the same branch with flowers on the right of the splash art. So, Nidalee could throw that branch like a spear in Zed's eye. I'm not sure about this, but it's my theory.

Come to think of it, there's a champion that has a quote commenting on eyes that don't lie who is a rival with Zed and enjoys listening to Sona's music who happens to be the only ninja devoid of a blood moon skin.

But what about Kennen relates to Vi and Garen? .3.

I imagine it's going to be a marksman of some sort. Of the four champs marked, they represent four roles:

Garen Top Zed Mid Jungle Sona Support

And then the name "Deadeye" seems to imply someone who fights from range like a marksman. The thing is, the marksman would seem to be shooting his/her own team, or marking them to be allies. Perhaps it's similar to a Kalista situation where Deadeye will interact heavily with their team by enchanting or enhancing them with magical flowery arrows. It could be a marksman that buffs the team as his or her unique niche. A more supportish type marksman.

I agree with it being similar to Kalista in that sense. But I don't know how much I agree with the sense of it being overly support like. I can see it being more on the ends of a marksman assassin.

Some one on youtube came up with a theory about it connecting it with project overdrive and the memories master yi was seeing. that tree yi saw has the petals we see in the picture of zed dieing with the same petals and the guy yi saws and tunrs to zed might be bloodmoon shen or a new champion i think this is the closest one.

If I remember correctly, I read somewhere that Riot was going to work on long range, immobile mages after the juggernauts. Which would fit this new champion if it is one. A champion similar to Nova from Heroes of the Storm wouldn't be too surprising.

Anyone think about the black rose? Zed has a rose bush coming from his dead eye! Maybe a new champion from the black rose of Noxus? One who takes out zed? I'm still hoping for ao'shin but its doubtful as he doesnt really fit here

Maybe noxus will try to fight Ionia again for revenge and taking out zed was important so they sent or jhin or deadeye or they want to brainwash him and deadeye skins are created it would make sense since noxus is also an enemy of demacia in which garen lives and scince sona is friend of garen they'll try to brainwash them and deadeye skins wil be created by jhin (jhin http://www.surrenderat20.net/2015/12/mysterious-teaser.html) or a new champ called jhin will adc with deadeye skin as well as the mid (zed) top(garen) jg( vi) supp(sona)

As most have assumed this most likely means that the teaser ties in with the lunar revel, and I don't think it has anything to do with the black rose at all.

Zed is also from Ionia, a place centered around asian/ninja origen stuff. I would not doubt the new champion/skin/whatever riot decides to make it be from Ionia. Akali Karma Shen Zed

Why does that warrant a teaser? It doesn't .make sense. Maybe it's a blood moon champion o.0 since it seems to be showing a lot of blood moon references.

Wasnt there a blood moon Caitlyn skin in the works? She's a deadeye sniper.

But the name Jhin is important...

Jhin could be the proyect creator science before the name jhin it appears projectpath then the name. I think not only could he be the creator of projects but also or victor, or the creator of viktor or yasuos brother or shens dad

Pretty sure those are instruments/drums playing very quickly in the beginning. If they intended for it to sound like a gun then they didn't do a very good job. And that does actually sound more like thunder than a gunshot but we will see.

Ultimate skin on an ADC, probably Caitlyn judging by how well the shot is placed on Zed (notice hot it shoots exactly his eye and nothing else).

If not, a long-ranged assassin from Ionia (pink blossoms) with a relation to flowers. They're probably his signature everytime he kills someone (kinda like how some leave a card, he leaves roses).

Aye. An add from Ionia sounds gooD. I think this takes out the idea of it being the Shen rework teaser. Unless riot plans on giving him a gun.

It also could be a teaser for the Shen rework. Shen is known as the "Eye of Twilight," which is similar to Deadeye. Shen has beef with Zed as well. On Riot's upcoming rework page, Shen is next. The logical conclusion is a Shen rework
