Restricted ranked without reports?

After playing a few arams last night and a ranked game which my team won 4v5, i drifted off to peaceful sleep, ready to awaken to a day off from work, and a day of lol to enjoy. However there was a dark monster lurking in the wings of my account. i log on and see nothing happen, no pop-ups just another day yet low and behold i go to que for a game of ranked, and its grayed out. i scroll over the little caution issue and there it is, ranked restrictions. no number of games, no time period, just restricted. so i come here to get some answers. after scrolling through posts and updates, i see that most restriction come from toxic players, and have been given times or games they are restricted for.

Now, I'm not perfect, but after receiving some chat restrictions early in the season, i worked hard on not being aggressive towards players in my speech. i still rub alot of people wrong because i give constructive criticism, and promote talking about how we can come back in loosing games. i dont like just pointing fingers and blame, but the approach of" okay we need to focus champ X and our champ Y needs to work on peel their champ Z". and i have been alerted a few times to being reported after games, with this type of conversation. But i have never received another chat restriction after the beginning of the season or warning of any other kind. i figured that any reports would have been looked at and seen for what it was as players expressing anger and frustration with loosing.

So i come here today wondering what i was reported for, why was there no alert, at anytime, to me being restricted in ranked games. please get back to me and let me know what i can change to keep this from happening in the future, help me out rioto, your my only hope.
