so i was chat restricted a little bit back. i deserved it. got trolled hard and was rude back. I was just wondering. am i permanently banned from hextech items. is there a way to see when i will be eligible again, or even if I'm not eligible currently. Just looking for some answers.
Their info page does say if you don't currently have any bans on you, you can earn rewards. http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/game-updates/features/hextech-crafting-now-live-na
Riot has said that people currently in "reform" are still not eligible for rewards, so depending on how long ago your restriction was I believe you are still ineligible until the red flag has dropped off your account whether the restriction is active or not. I don't know if Riot has ever actually stated how long that takes but I remember hearing that it happens every 3 months, but I don't know if that is true.
On reddit, someone from rito has said that the reform system for crafting is different from the 3-month reform system for dropping punishment tiers, but they're still trying to flesh it out. Really professional, I know.
