bug with bans

Since the season hit, Every time i go to ban i click it says banned but it just sits at banning a champ until it times out and i have a que dodge penalty ......this is really annoying as i work alot and don't have much chance to play that i have to wait and wait cause if i get in the bottom 3 I'm not allowed to ban
