The location of the EUNE server

I just wanted to post this to see what you guys think about the location of the EUNE server. Doesn't it seem a bit off that that server is located in Frankfurt, while the EUW server is right next to it, in Amsterdam? It really seems like a different location would benefit everyone playing on that server. I'm personally from Greece and I play on 90 ms. People here with better connections could even reach 55 ms, but I don't think you could go much lower than that. I feel that if the server was placed somwhere in the middle, possibly Romania or Serbia, everyone's latency would be better. People in Germany's latency might increase, but I'm guessing that right now they're playing with something in the range of 9-11 ms, so a bit more wouldn't hurt. Also, the EUW server could be placed somewhere in Paris, which would benefit Spain quite a lot. People from Germany could even transfer to EUW. This would overall improve the gameplay when it comes to players all over Europe. I know that lots of other variables come into play which might not allow Riot to have servers in other countries in EUNE, but I just noticed that placing the two servers in countries right next to each other isn't exactly the placement which you can get the most out of.
