Bard Basically a jungler that farms screaming penguins instead of monsters, and can stun his entire team with his ult. Azir Bizarre animation mechanics and complicated combos. He requires very different strategy from most supports.

They all have complicated or bizarre mechanics that are central to their kit, as a result almost nobody plays them, and the people that do usually make amusing errors.

as much as i hate Yasuo i will admit it does take some effort and level of skill to be really good at him.

I'm gonna have to disagree with you on Vayne and Lee Sin. I've played both of them a few times and I didn't have any problems with learning/playing them.

lol ok. you can disagree but to play them at their full potential takes some skill.

Yeah that's a skill cap... I didn't say skill cap... Do you know what skill floor means? It's basically how hard they are to get started with/to learn

That's not what I mean't... A skill floor is how hard a champion is to pick up/learn, higher meaning harder.

Oh then here's my 3 Karthus super strong when played right but really high skill cap Anivia she's just hard to play and get used to but can be strong too Ekko kinda awkward playing with him since you can't rely on his ult to do damage unless it's some special circumstances
