That Tasted Purple!

So I haven't been playing on LoL for most of his week, because Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel was released this past Tuesday. I only bring this up here because I just got one of Achievements in the game, which is called "That Tasted Purple!" You achieve this by having purple-rated gear or better equipped in each slot (don't worry about it if you don't understand this).

Now I give you three guesses how that Achievement's name relates to League of Legends, and the first two don't count.
