Just keep playing. Maybe find a main over playing only flavor of the month champs.

Specialize in one role. The higher rank you go, the less roles people play. In Platinum currently, I very rarely see anyone say any more than ''AD or support pref'' or ''Jungle main,'' something along those lines. Naturally, when you specialize in one role and gain experience and skill in the the game, your other roles will improve as well.
For learning, play aggressive. You will not learn anything by playing far back and throwing out a spell or two to grab a creep. Sure, you'll die every now and then, but you'll eventually learn to duel opponents down to a science.
Also, find a replay program and watch your previous games. Scrutinize every mistake no matter how small. Lanes can be lost because of one missed auto-attack that didn't lead to a 1 for 1 trade.
Finally, do not concentrate on anyone else's game but yours. Most toxic players I find take too much time explaining things like kiting as a melee to actually do that, kite as a melee. Work as a team, of course, but don't make your focus on improving other players over yours.
