If you haven’t received a chat restriction, ranked restriction, 14-day ban or permanent ban in 2014, and you meet the requirements to receive a Mystery Gift (you’re Level 5 or higher and there are at least 10 skins you don’t own), you'll quality for a Mystery Gift.
when is this supposed to happen?
well i got a chat restriction once before from a rank game where someone got in a fight with me. he did start it though but i never emailed riot about it. so does this mean i wont be gettin mystery gift? '-'
It once happened to me that while logging in a message popped up alerting me to cool down my behaviour or else i got harder sanctions. Thing is, i did not remember continous flaming or anything for, like, months ( if you check my play log you can see I had to stop playing from a while due to time costraints, and when this happened i was already playing less and less), or at least as I remember!
I am not worried or angered, back when it happened i was just intrigued, but now do you think that will deny me the reward? Or it is just for heavier sanctions?
am i on the good list?
