Lag while playing 
when all her balls are out from her ult? No other champion or even large team fights makes me lag, unless I'm playing . The game goes choppy and I port all over the place till the balls go away.

Hmm i have never had an issue with her, perhaps you are in need of a video card update? what kind do you have?
Hmm that is strange, my only guess is that a file could be corrupted, and to do the league client fix thingy, i had an issue with kindred when she was released that caused screen tearing every single time she was in the game, either if i played her or not, and i did the client repair and the issue was fixed, but if i were you i would post in the support forums and see what they think.
