That someone is actively trolling games in ranked and/or normal, and they have been reported but you can see from their match history that it's an on going thing that continues to happen.

What is the best course of action? I put this player on ignore, but that doesn't prevent me from being matched w/ them again.

It's beyond frustrating, They go into games with out masteries, say they don't need them and then proceed to go lane to lane feeding the enemy team.

If it was a normal game I wouldn't care all that much because I don't expect anything but trolls/afks and people trying diff set ups/champs yada yada.

Riot only bans for racists comments or rage attitude. You can seriously go in and feed most matches without ever getting punished.

So the answer is to use a ticket to report the person then. That seems to be what is said.

Most people btw understand a troll vs a "bad game". 0-10 at 8 min mark with no masteries is not a bad game. Going duo mid because you didn't get it when you queued in lane is "not a bad game". 1 cs mid Sona 0-8 at 10 min is not a bad game. All these things happen, people laugh when you ask your team to report them "nothing will happen to me". Team may or may not report, we don't know because don't see it.

There is NO FEAR OF BEING BANNED to the trolls so they continue is the point. But if submitting tickets is the way to go then so be it.

The issue with "trolling" in the context given, is there is no proof the person didn't have a bad game. Or in fact, a handful of bad games. I mean, if you're talking 0-20-0, that's one thing. But 1-8-3, won't send up red flags, though it will give you rage.

As I said, even though it always gets the down vote rage, the automated system only seems to bad for racist/rage remarks. Sorry boys and girls, without the tribunal, bans now suck.
