This is the improve League of Legends? I have not seen any improvement since I joined

For as long as I been playing I have not seen this game improve. Every patch is a new set of problems and new reasons to be disappointed. This last patch is beyond stupid. I no longer know if I'm not doing good because of my performance, a stupid item, or some op champion. There is no consistently at all with this game. What funny is reading the post and videos about ideas other player, I like them. The only ideas I dont like are the ones from riot. The only thing I like about riot is the new champions and that is getting old. Everything else is broken including this website.

*Do not use the forum to rage. If you have something productive to say, speak your mind, but do not come in here just to bash Riot. The preseason has only just begun. We don't know what changes are sticking or what new changes will be coming still.

Riot's goal is to improve the game and, NEWSFLASH, not everyone thinks this latest patch is bad. Every season brings new changes, new ideas, and new game play. If the game is as bad as you think it is, quit please. We don't need this kind of toxicity in our community.

There is nothing wrong with what I posted, and pretending the patch are working is not going to fix the problem. You know why there are less post like these? Because people dont even brother to post them any more they just leave. I want to riot to fix it, but I just stating a fact. The game has not improve. The stated goal of riot's "vision" of riot was stop, snowballing, increase warding by players other than supports, and to stop losing lanes by being out leveled.

and NEWSFLASH this has not happened. Even the testing of this new systems is illogical. How can u possibly test how people will react by changing not only how many wards they can place but also where they are going to place them? It doesnt make since. For example a player new to warding places a ward. And then he still gets ganked. What is going to motive him to ward again? Nothing he doesn't understand he needs more ward in order to be effective. I can list more of this problems but I just want to see other people's opinion. And asking me to shut up is not a very inviting way to continue the argument.
