What childish planet do these people come from?

The way people act on these boards has nothing to do with reality

Pretty much the most popular, common, and celebrated way to act is like a spoiled child

They yell at people with bad scores, who are doing poorly in game, and get mad because the community is toxic

If Riot doesn't implement a feature, they're mad because it isn't implemented

If Riot implements a feature, they're mad because it's not implemented the way they would have liked

Riot releases hextech crafting, which doesn't cost anything

People are mad because it costs money(?), its complicated(?), and it's a waste of time(?), etc. When they are not being forced to waste time, pay money, or figure it out in the first place.

Riot leaves a champion without a rework, people are mad because it hasn't been reworked

They rework a champion, people are mad because it is reworked

Riot makes a change and says "We made a mistake. We have fixed it"

People make posts going "Why the fuck was it that way in the first place? I cant believe riot would do that, what kind of idiot would make that choice", including F words, swearing, etc.

After they just said "Look, we have changed it. It's not that way anymore"

People play this game for hours and hours, and spend their free time talking about how Riot hates their own game and wants them to stop playing. Then they wake up and play it for hours and hours again, come back to the boards, and talk about how bad it is.

Accuse Riot of conspiracy theories about destroying their own game, get upvoted.

Use swear words and foul language to describe the way a game company makes changes to their own game in an attempt to make it better, get upvoted.
