I'll start off with a simple suggestion...
Maybe have a 25% LP loss reduced for every AFK/Leaver on your team. Enemy team still gain the appropriate points of LP for winning no matter what.
guessing you mean for ranked: like martian said, the lp loss percentage, have it be higher or lower depending on how long ago before the game ended your team mate left the game (higher percentage if they left right as the game got into the loading screen) have there be a banner for frequent quiters that both sides can see, have someone who leaves and gets reported an excessive amount of times be put in a lower elo, these ideas good?
