You guys want to know why Riot views and responds to Reddit more than here?
To put it into as simple as I can:
You guys literally just BASH on them. There is no "Riot, I really want to know what you're thinking about this"
Instead there is:
How high was the entirety of the balance team when they made these changes?
and
I wanted to believe. Believe that Riot had an idea as to what they were doing with their champion pool, believe that the balance team knows how to do their JOB... Yet time, and time, and time, and TIME AGAIN you've proven that you don't know what you want.
The amount of times Riot has gone to prove people that say something like this over and over again is constantly ignored. Riot doesn't come up with the first thing in their mind and go "YEAH LETS JUST ROLL WITH IT" They test it A LOT!
This is just ONE post of the constant posts that I see that reach the top 5 more up-voted posts on this forum... God this disgusts me! I have barely seen any discussion here. Some how or another it will go on to about how much people hate Lee Sin, Kalista and Zed. And that is it. It's not even to the fact that Lee Sin is over powered! THERE ARE PEOPLE THAT DEMAND HE GETS DELETED FROM THE GAME JUST BECAUSE HE HAS BEEN A SAFE PICK FOR A LONG TIME... IS THAT NOT WHAT BALANCED IS CALLED? No matter the subject of the discussion it will literally only end in that.
Don't believe me? Please let me prove myself. On the discussion (barely call it a discussion. More like an attempt to being funny while insulting Riot) that talks about the new Veigar changes that don't present any thoughts on what could have been changed someone comments:

If a Rioter does respond it seems like there is no care for what they have to say. Just the "So even though you have no input on the balance of champions: when are you guys going to nerf Zed and Lee and mobility creep?"
Riot is literally scared away from using their own forums.
TL;DR: Please reconsider what you're going to up-vote. Riot does not want to respond to a post that is literally just bashing them and everyone just spamming the same thing over and over again. DISCUSS.
K, you guys can down-vote me now but hopefully it'll get at least some of you to chill the hell out and notice what is going on in these forums...
