Gangplank or Rumble?

GP and Rumble are both free this week and i played and really like both. I have almost 4800 ip and i need to decide. which one is better is this meta and will be better for s6 as well?

Gangplank is pretty insane right now, you can play him bruiser or go with the build that N3ac3y uses for some pretty crazy late game damage.
