Correct me if I'm wrong here

It seems like RIOT is trying really hard to make top lane champions that won't also be junglers. In previous makes nearly all top laners made good jungle as well. I say this because ever since Illaoi the top lane champion kits have been centered around avoiding this. Some examples... Illaoi can't grab the soul of monsters/minions. Sions new ult can't turn well and no longer has mass Lifesteal, the removal of spell vamp and remake of ryze. kled can't get skaarl back without champion hits. new Yorik can't summon ghouls without at least 3 graves.
