dude gets like 2 items an an snowballs out of control even early game its kinda hard to deal with the damage he puts out :| coming back against him is a nightmare an most of the time wont happen

jayce mainly only has single-target burst so sending multiple people to fight him works pretty well

I believe he's talking about the shock blast, as it's a pretty scary nuke.
