What happens if you get a lot of up votes?

is there some reward or recognition for this accomplishment? One time I made a post about nerfing Yasuo, it got like 15 upvotes instantly, then a while later it went to -5 cuz the Yasuo mains in diamond with 20 accounts all down voted it to try to keep the idea out of the public eye.

Its mostly just children on here thats why they use reddit. If you havent noticed almost everything but shit posts are spam downvoted .

Upvotes pretty much mean nothing. And there are no "diamond with 20 accounts" trying to suppress you. They could care less, boards suggestions and input goes nowhere 95% of the time.
