Increase pick times in ranked!

I think we should have more time to pick our champions in ranked just because of the fact that if a enemy picks/ bans what ur picking and ur trying to figure out whats best for the team comp 30 seconds isnt long enough to look through all the champions. i think we should at least have a filter search so i dont try to panic pick or have to dodge because im looking to see what the best option is
