Fervor got a buff (as did Bork; some Kindreds build it) so they are monitoring them for now.

The buff don't help them, => no scaling AD, that why Fervor suck on them :/.

They want to take it slow, since if they all of a sudden become OP (since people forgot how to play vs them) the community will ask Riot to take a sledgehammer to both of Lamb's feet and a file to Wolf's teeth.

If they were intending to take things slow they wouldn't given fiddlesticks 2 buffs, with the bounce fixing his issues that the new jungle caused but the increased drain damage is simply going above and beyond.

Fiddle is a very niche champ who has been underperforming severely since the jungle changes (not just the camps themselves, but other systematic changes such as masteries) even when played by experienced Fiddle players. The bounce only fixes part of the issues, since I don't think lesser Krugs spawn in time for the crow to not disappear.

Kindred has been doing better since 6.23, thus the slow/minor indirect buffs.
