Chat Banned For 1 sentence?

Hello! I played a game about an hour ago and it wasn't a bad game, but I didn't do amazing. During the middle of the game, I finally killed my opponent Ahri , who always got the enemy team to gank me, I did get pretty angry, but I never typed anything. When I finally got him and/or her, I said "THATS RIGHT BITCH!" And I guess he and/or she reported me, but it was just one report and I got chat banned for 43 games! I've been chat banned before, and its not fun, All Chat is usually how I find good friends, and I was only reported that one game and as soon as I pressed home, I was banned, did they even look at the report? I'm not really sure how the whole banning thing works, I would appreciate some info :D Thanks

The punishments are a lot harsher if you have been chat restricted before.

you don't get chat restricted for 1 report let alone immediately after that one report, and even if you could you wouldn't get 43 for it.

methinks someone is forgetting about some nasty things they said in the past

Having been restricted before you are already on a watch list so to speak. As such you have less of a threshold to get restricted again. This was not the case of a single sentence causing your restriction but past behavior included with this being only the latest offense.
