RP Cards Bug?

Hey guys, I need help with something. Today I received two 25$ RP prepaid cards for my birthday. When I first tried to redeem them, it said something about an API timeout. Then after waiting, restarting my client, and restarting my PC, I I tried again. and It kept saying and it still says "You have exceeded the maximum number of code redemption at this time." So I waited, tried again, waited some more, tried again and nothing. I would like to recieve my 7000 rp, I have a lot of things I want to buy. Please help!
