Suggestion: a way to decrease trolling

Hello. I'm pretty mad about all trollers and intentional feeders I've had in my ranked matches so far, which cost me a lot of series. So, using Riot's methods, I've come up with an idea to decrease the number of those people. Think of this: when you're afk in a match for the first time, you're asked to type "I agree", saying that you're not going to afk anymore. That doesn't actually have any impact on user's account, but it does it psychologically, making the player think he's been 'marked', thus making the player ragequit or leave less than usual.

On the same pattern, I've thought about this: while in the pre-game chatroom, players' words are filtered, and if something like "or feed", "only mid", "%%%", etc is detected, they'll get the following message: You've been marked as a negative player. This match will be monitored and your actions will have corresponding consequences. By typing "I agree" you agree that you will not do anything that will negatively influence the outcome of the match or the experience of your fellow teammates and enemies aswell.

I believe it will definitely reduce the amount of trollers and leavers and will especially educate new players into better players.

I honestly don't think the technology is there for that.
